1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces (about 1 inch thick)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the parsley, lemon juice and olive oil; toss well to combine. Season with pepper and salt if desired. Place salmon in an 8×8-inch baking dish or similar size casserole dish that can go from stovetop directly into oven; pour sauce over top of fish evenly so it’s not too much on top but has some on each piece of fish as well spread out throughout baking dish evenly covering all surfaces area underneath too!
